Everything began in 2018, when Elvina Amalia Salsabillah, also known as Bella, had just graduated from high school and had little experience in the working world. Bella eventually began her work as an Account Officer at PT after taking advantage of job prospects at DMS at the time and overcoming economic challenges. PT DANA MANDIRI SEJAHTERA.

She felt as though she was going to quit when his teammates abandoned him, but he overcame this challenging time with confidence, determination, tenacity, and a great desire to have a career at DMS. Her professional path was not always straightforward. Bella’s realization that this event has shaped her into a persistent, serious, and hard-working individual.

Due to her diligence, Bella was given the opportunity to serve as Group Loan Head in 2020 and was promoted to Unit Manager in less than 2 years.

Bella believes that DMS provides those who resemble her actual hope for a profession because it doesn’t consider their background or level of schooling. But the one who has the right is the one who wants to struggle and put in the necessary effort and dedication. Bella believes that DMS will continue to be a place where staff members can flourish and work harder.

“Believe that God is fair, God will see how hard we are trying, nothing can alter our life but ourselves,” was the message she wished to get through. Persistence and willpower have the capacity to indirectly alter our fate. Whenever we are, we must retain the spirit, never give up, and transform ourselves into gold whereever we are.
