Franky Suhenda

President Director, 2011-Present

Born in Padang, January 1970. Graduated from Economic Faculty of Gadjah Mada University (UGM) Yogyakarta in 1992 and in the same year he was starting his career in banking industry as Assistant Manager at PT Bank Universal, Tbk.

He has been almost 20 years in the banking industry in various job assignment. During his career at Bank Universal, he was handling some projects : Operation, Product Development, Sales and Distribution, and his last position in the Bank was a Vice President for Credit Card Business.

In year 2000-2002, he was appointed as A Chairman of Indonesian Card Association and at the same time also appointed by IBRA as a team member for merger of Bank Universal into PT. Bank Permata,Tbk, up to year 2003.

As of 2003 to 2008 he was Chief Executive Officer of PT Jaring Synergi Mandiri and Director of Pusaka Integrasi Mandiri. In 2007, he was appointed as independent Commissioner of Bank Purba Danarta, and in 2009-2011 as President Director of Bank Sahabat Purba Danarta. In 2011-2012, as CEO of Sahabat Group (micro-finance business: 1 bank, 5 BPRs, 1 ventura capital).
